Jefferson Davis is a Toronto-based wine writer and educator. He holds a Diploma from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) in the United Kingdom. Jefferson has worked as the managing editor of Wine Access Magazine and as the editor of the First In Line tasting report of LCBO releases. He has also served as a judge for the Canadian Wine Awards, International Value Wine Awards and Toronto Wine and Cheese Show, and as an educator with the WSET.

Made from 95% hand-picked grapes from the Moira Vineyard and 5% Chardonnay Musque, this exhibits impressive fruit purity and complexity. Fragrant apple, pear, and biscuity accents lead to a fruit focused palate. The apple and pear flavours are enhanced by hints of citrus fruit and appealing toasty hints from the 30% fermentation in neutral French oak. All the elements persist nicely on the finish.
