Jefferson Davis is a Toronto-based wine writer and educator. He holds a Diploma from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) in the United Kingdom. Jefferson has worked as the managing editor of Wine Access Magazine and as the editor of the First In Line tasting report of LCBO releases. He has also served as a judge for the Canadian Wine Awards, International Value Wine Awards and Toronto Wine and Cheese Show, and as an educator with the WSET.
This was tasted with oysters on the roof at Terrasse William Gray in Old Montreal. An expressive blend of apple, pear, toasty oak, mineral and vibrant acidity. The various elements work seamlessly when sipped on its own and in concert with the briny oysters. SAQ $32.25
