Jefferson Davis is a Toronto-based wine writer and educator. He holds a Diploma from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) in the United Kingdom. Jefferson has worked as the managing editor of Wine Access Magazine and as the editor of the First In Line tasting report of LCBO releases. He has also served as a judge for the Canadian Wine Awards, International Value Wine Awards and Toronto Wine and Cheese Show, and as an educator with the WSET.
An appealing blend of grenache blanc, Roussanne and Clairette, each coming in at 25%, with 10% each of Viognier and Marsanne and 5% Bourboulenc. A bit restrained on the nose but some pleasant citrus and floral notes emerge. Good structure with a decent follow through on the palate. Comes alive after a few swirls of the glass. SAQ $24.65
