Jefferson Davis is a Toronto-based wine writer and educator. He holds a Diploma from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) in the United Kingdom. Jefferson has worked as the managing editor of Wine Access Magazine and as the editor of the First In Line tasting report of LCBO releases. He has also served as a judge for the Canadian Wine Awards, International Value Wine Awards and Toronto Wine and Cheese Show, and as an educator with the WSET.
A well structured and complex Macon that brims with apple, pear, toasty, and mineral vitality. Jumps out nicely on the nose with vibrant fruit supported by the well managed oak. Very good concentration and length with a long finish combining all the attractive elements equally. SAQ $32.80
