Jefferson Davis is a Toronto-based wine writer and educator. He holds a Diploma from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) in the United Kingdom. Jefferson has worked as the managing editor of Wine Access Magazine and as the editor of the First In Line tasting report of LCBO releases. He has also served as a judge for the Canadian Wine Awards, International Value Wine Awards and Toronto Wine and Cheese Show, and as an educator with the WSET.
This will please those who love oaked chardonnay and win over those who are not fans of wood influenced wines. The nose fills with appealing peach, pear, dried fruit, vanilla and wood spice notes.
